online shopping has always been a hobby of mine. as painful as it is to see something you want so badly to still be out of your reach, working through the pain is worth it. i love seeing what's new and in-style, and it's a constant curiosity of mine as to what creative decisions the fashion world is making next.
dark florals & patterns
(shop: asos premium floral bomber jacket & premium floral mini skirt)
from asos we see a brilliant asian-inspired floral print jacket in a smart dark-on-dark color patterning. the use of color and fabric texture makes this outfit both recede into any busy background and be a statement piece at the same time. putting the whole print onto a varsity-style jacket and matching short skirt also touches on the whole youthful/playful realm of high school uniform but much much classier and way cuter. i've looked around the internet for similar looks and have found none thusfar, asos is on point right now!
if i could get my hands on this entire outfit, you'd bet i'd pair it with any of these shoe options i found just newly released on solestruck. i just want them all, is that too much to ask?

i'm definitely seeing references to a lot of fall/winter 2012 designer collections, just in time for us real-world dwellers too, unlike spring 2013 which has already launched...
