here's how i'm spending my time at the beach!
what i wore:
asos bandeau bikini top and high-waisted bikini bottoms (last season/no longer available online)
rodarte x opening ceremony sunglasses *gifted to me by one of my best friends, paul*
while the sand was burning hot, the water was freeeeeeeeeezing!
how i'm covering up:
neutrogena "clear face" oil-free sunscreen spf 55
i don't really believe in walking around outside of the water without some sort of cover-up, call me a conservative!
also, i recently picked up neutrogena's newest sunscreen made for oily/acne prone skin ($10!). definitely a good way to keep sweat and additional oils from building up on your face throughout a hot day under the sun! it's consistency is liquidy and light in application, not a far shot from shiseido's ultimate sun protection lotion+ ($39!). so far, i recommend it if you're tight on cash.

here's a close-up on my new rodarte x opening ceremony frames that feature a lovely demure floral pattern on a stiff cloth material instead of the usual cool plastic that sunglasses are made out of! it is to die for, and i must again give a great big shout-out to my babe paul wu for getting me these!
