closet raid

today i had the pleasure of visiting one of my college friends, caroline kim, at her humble but picturesque third floor apartment. caroline's been busy traveling the world over the past semester in china, taiwan, south korea, and india but has finally returned to baltimore for much needed rest. raised in between california and south korea, she's naturally comfortable with always being on the move, even through the stressful stuff! what's not stressful for caroline is picking out the necessities and her current wardrobe (still post-india) is all about playing up easy-to-wear basics with subtly unique pieces to keep things spicy. it amazes me how caroline layers her clothes, working many different color and pattern combinations. not to mention, her equally impressive "not a care about what i wear" attitude which she carries with ease. i hope caroline inspires you as much as she inspires me!
