felt like i accomplished one more dream made possible by america... by wearing america. aren't these shorts rad? certainly bought up and probably blogged to death, but as a devoted sale-shopper here i am at the tail-end of a trend in absolute bliss! these shorts give me such ~lana vibes~ plus i'm all for a steal, and this was one highlight of my long fall break home in jersey. took the liberty of photoshopping it onto another american flag background. i gladly layer the denim-on-denim look, and thought i'd experiment with... flag-on-flag?

next during my sale shopping, i picked up this great metallic silver nail polish at urban outfitter's super sale bin. i wouldn't call it magnetic though, as i tried putting the cap's magnetic strip against my nails freshly painted and there were no wavy patterns to be found... probably why it was 99¢? nevertheless, i see this going with a lot of future outfits; nails are just like another accessory to me. i hate when they're naked!
